This ultra-filtered milk comes with a fresh milk taste and rich, creamy consistency, and a thick layer of foam. The Kayo ultra-filtered dairy product can be used for coffees, lattes, and other warm beverages. The bulk case will be an ideal buy for cafes, bistros, and diners. KAYO 1.25 LITER ULTRA-FILTERED MILK Preparation instruction: 1. Place package in refrigerator at least 24 hours before use. Equipment will not perform if milk is not pre-cooled. 2. Wash hands first, shake pack at least 10 times. Remove plastic film wrap. Fill in the dates in the boxes on top of the pack. 3. Pull perforated strip from pack. 4. Take dosing tube out of pack. 5. Slide dosing tube into notched opening. All layers of cardboard must be inside white ring. Slide white ring until blue circle is covered. Do not touch the thread of the tube or the end of the dosing tube (see arrows). 6. Push thumbs against the groove of the bag. Screw down dosing tube clockwise firmly into the bag (see arrow). 7. Rotate pack as shown, milk should flow into dosing tube. Place pack in dispenser.
