Description

Mission PCUF Tri Color Tortilla Strips 3/10 lb Pre-cut unfried tortilla strips, Red, White and Blue color. Preparation instruction: Ready to fry and serve hot to patrons. Before frying bring to room temperature 8 hours before use. Maintain frying oil between 350ºF-360ºF. Frying time ranges from 35-45 seconds or until oil is no longer bubbling. Gently move chips and strips with tongs to ensure even frying. CAUTION: Do not overfill fryer.
